As a part of your final submission you will have to publish your projects on the IEEE Humanitarian Technology Network website: IEEEhtn.org . The same published report has to be submitted here. You will have to get the same report printed in 2 copies while you arrive for the presentation.
Deadline: October 10th 2010.
Please do not forget to add the following text in your post on the www.ieeehtn.org : “This Project was funded under the IEEE All India Young Engineers’ Humanitarian Challenge 2010 – youngengineers.ieeebangalore.org“
The total project description to be posted on the IEEEhtn.org should include the below points:
- Photographs: Pics of the project prototype and the entire team
- Videos: Upload on youtube and include a link or embed the video
- Problem to be solved:
- Statistics to justify the problem:
- Justification of your proposed solution:
- Survey of contemporary solutions:
- Advantages of your solution like low cost/high reliability etc;
- Technical overview;
- Your work in implementation:
- Code written/Circuit Diagram/Algorithm implemented;
- Details on testing your product including the test plan and test results:
- Resources and bibliography;
- Complete contact details of the team including the email ids and the mobile numbers
- College details
- Mentor, Guide and Branch Counselor details
